I am a certified Spanish interpreter with credentials from both national certification boards and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. I also hold a Court Interpretation and Translation Certificate from UCLA Extension.
I enjoy working at CIS because I get to witness the power of language in connecting people and communities. As President and Founder, I take pride in creating a supportive environment where interpreters can grow and make a real impact.
What inspired me to become an interpreter is my desire to make a difference in people’s lives and help them be heard and understood.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing padel, staying active, and connecting with people through teamwork and shared purpose.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in English and Business Administration from the University of Florida and bring more than 20 years of operational leadership experience in the language services industry. I currently serve as Vice President of Operations at CIS, where I focus on driving operational excellence, improving efficiency and margin through process optimization, and developing teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
I enjoy working at CIS because we’re mission-driven and people-first, committed to serving communities through language access while continually improving how we operate. I love partnering with talented teams to remove obstacles, strengthen systems and processes, and create a culture where people can do their best work and our clients can count on consistent, high-quality service.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about faith, family, and personal growth. I enjoy time with my loved ones, staying active, and learning… especially when it helps me lead better, serve others well, and keep a healthy perspective. One of my passions is travelling, particularly via road trips. I have visited 45 US states and 5 Canadian provinces, and have driven to most of those.

I have over a decade of experience in the localization industry and currently serve as Director of Translation at CIS, where I combine technical expertise and leadership to ensure quality, efficiency, and teamwork across projects. I enjoy working at CIS because it embraces technology and innovation, giving me the freedom to explore tools that enhance our processes.
My love for reading and writing, especially Tolkien’s world and his languages, inspired me to become a translator and sparked my fascination with how words shape meaning across cultures. Outside of work, I enjoy trekking in nature, reading, writing, and watching movies, especially horror films.

My multicultural background—growing up in a Vietnamese and Spanish family in France—inspired me to pursue interpreting and gave me a deep appreciation for language and communication. What inspired me to learn English—and eventually pursue a career in languages—was my love for High School Musical as a teen. Wanting to understand the songs led me to study the language, and the rest is history.
