I am a results-driven finance and operations leader with more than 15 years of cross-industry experience. As the Interim Integrator at CIS, I streamline processes, lead cross-functional teams, and implement organizational systems including EOS to strengthen alignment, accountability, and long-term strategic growth.

I enjoy working at CIS because I get to collaborate with a talented, solutions-oriented team while making a meaningful impact. Together, we embrace structure, alignment, and continuous improvement, allowing me to support our leaders, streamline processes, and help drive long-term operational excellence.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about exploring new hiking trails, spending quality time with my family, staying rooted in my faith through church involvement, and keeping my energy high with a consistent workout routine.

Lucas Wainziger

Translation Project Manager

I have 5 years of experience in the localization industry and serve as a Translation Project Manager at CIS. In this role, I coordinate between stakeholders to ensure projects are completed successfully, on time, and to the highest standards.

I enjoy working at CIS because our work impacts hundreds of people daily by bridging communication gaps and fostering understanding. I also value being part of a team committed to “Built to Serve” and “Integrity.”

Outside of work, I’m passionate about playing musical instruments, which ground me, and I enjoy spending quality time with my loved ones.

Translation Project Manager

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Translation and work as an In-House Translator at CIS, where I deliver accurate and culturally aware translations that support clarity and consistency across projects. I enjoy being part of a supportive team, growing through new challenges, and contributing to work that connects people and makes an impact.

I became a translator because I love connecting people through language and continuous learning. Outside of work, I enjoy books and movies, spending time with my pets, solving puzzles, and collecting small, meaningful trinkets.

Anaë François

Sr. Account Manager

I hold a Master’s degree in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Westminster and work as an Account Manager at CIS, overseeing the interpreting process from booking to delivery and building strong client relationships. I enjoy working at CIS because it allows me to combine my passion for languages with meaningful cultural connection in a collaborative environment.

My multicultural background—growing up in a Vietnamese and Spanish family in France—inspired me to pursue interpreting and gave me a deep appreciation for language and communication. Outside of work, I practice escaramuza charra, a traditional Mexican equestrian sport, and I am passionate about languages, speaking eight in total.

Cynthia Martinez

Account Manager

I hold a BA in Translation and Interpretation with a specialization in Law. I currently serve as an Account Manager at CIS, where I act as a bridge between clients and interpreters, coordinating appointments and resolving issues.

I enjoy working at CIS because we help people overcome language barriers and make essential services more accessible. It’s also rewarding to be part of a supportive team that builds understanding and empowers interpreters.

What inspired me to learn English—and eventually pursue a career in languages—was my love for High School Musical as a teen. Wanting to understand the songs led me to study the language, and the rest is history.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and having dinner with friends.

Charlie Estrella

Vendor Coordinator

I am an Industrial Engineer and currently serve as Vendor Coordinator at CIS. In this role, I focus on processing data in our system and onboarding new interpreters.

I enjoy working at CIS because I get to connect with vendors while also using data analysis to make processes more efficient, all within a supportive and collaborative team.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, whether watching movies at home or going out to experience new things together.

Rebeca Gieco Riedel

Interpreting coordinator

I am an advanced student in the English Teaching Program and currently serve as an Interpreting Coordinator at CIS. One of my main goals is to create a positive and meaningful impact on our clients by delivering interpreting services that are carefully tailored to meet their specific needs.

I enjoy working at CIS because our work empowers people to communicate clearly and build understanding across languages.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about painting and listening to music. I enjoy spending time with my dog and practicing artistic skating. I also love cooking and getting together with friends and family.
